Group Fitness in Innsbruck
Training in a small group environment with like-minded people is motivating and fun while you also benefit from reasonable pricing. We offer the most efficient training with a maximum of 10 people per class. This allows us to provide individual support and quality instruction for your fitness goals regardless of if you want to improve your athletic performance, train for preventative reasons or recover from an injury in addition to physiotherapy.
Training under professional guidance and on a regular basis improves your athletic performance, health and minimizes risk of injury.
Our group fitness classes offer Pilates and Functional Training with different focuses.
Upon request we also offer custom tailored fitness programs to meet your expectations in regards to location, time and content. Please send us a private request via Email.
You can join an ongoing course depending on availability. There is also the possibility of Drop-In for individual classes. Please call, text or Email us beforehand to confirm availability.
