Sunday Salad


Few days ago I stumbled upon this recipe for a delicious salad and found it to be a great and quick in-between meal ­čÖé

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 Avocado
  • 250g Cottage Cheese
  • Tomatoes as you like
  • Peppers as you like
  • Lemon juice of half a lemon
  • Peppergrass
  • Rucola
  • Salt, pepper, a table spoon of olive oil

Crush the avocado and mix it with the cottage cheese, add all the veggies cut in small pieces, add everything else and top with Rucola ÔÇô done :).
